If you have advanced requirements such as subdomains, custom DNS records including A records and MX records, SPF etc, these are included in the price of your domain.
Handling the DNS for domain names is complex. I don't expect clients to handle their own records through a control panel; just tell me what you're trying to achieve and I'll set up the records accordingly.
