Once I receive an order, I'll get in touch with you to discuss your exact requirements, colour schemes, text content etc.

Initially, I'll start work on the website design. I'll send you a mock-up of the design for your approval. It usually takes two revisions to get the mock-up looking exactly the way you want. In the mena time, I'll be asking you to gather your content; text, pictures etc. Once I receive all your content, I'll put it into the templates, upload for your approval, make any minor changes required, and finally make the site live on your domain name.

For small projects (under £500) I'll normally arrange payment on completion (before the website goes live).

For medium sized projects (£500 to £3000), I ask for a 50% deposit, the remainder to be paid on completion (before the website goes live).

For larger projects (greater than £3000), I request stage payments based upon project milestones (eg, approval of templates etc)

Once I receive final payment, all copyright belongs to you to do with as you please. The only renewals due will be for hosting and / or domain name. I don't have any hidden 'transfer out fees' to hold clients hostage.
