I offer website support and management contracts that are inexpensive, down to earth and take care of all your web support requirements. I work with you to ensure that your website provides a real return on investment.

To ensure that your website is doing a good job you must:

Common questions
Your support time can be used for consultation, or for any of our services. Current clients use contract time for tasks such as; content updating, adding new pages, meetings, or telephone support and consultancy.
Experience and specialist knowledge means I can work quickly and efficiently. Text changes on an existing page might take between 5 and 15 minutes, adding a new page might take between 45 and 60 minutes.
When I receive a request from you, I will let you how long it will take to finish the work, and only proceed when I receive authorisation from you.
When you sign up, I will provide you with a mobile telephone number and email address. I respond to all support requests within one hour (6am to 6pm).
At the end of each month, I'll send you a statement with a breakdown of all support time used.
If you use more than your contracted hours in a month, any further support requirements will be quoted separately. I will advise you before you go over the number of contracted hours ask for your approval before undertaking any work which will incur additional costs.
You can 'carry forward' the equivalent of up to 3 months' support time. If your contract gives you 2 hours of support time each month, you an carry forward up to 6 hours of support time, giving a maximum of 8 hours support time in any one month.
If you find you consistently require less than your contracted support time, I'll be happy to adjust your contract.
The minimum contract trem is 6 months, payable in advance by monthly standing order or PayPal subscription.
